All Team Members receive information and one-on-one assistance to get started and learn how to become healthy. We will discuss your goals and you will receive action steps to achieve them. My job will be to see how you are progressing toward your goals and help you stay on track. The ultimate goal is to get you going towards a customized workout program and diary tracking; however, I have to help you get over your personal hurdles first. I want to see your ultimate success. Wellness coaching is the first step. My personal mission is to do what it takes to get you where you want to be, not just physically, but mentally.

What is Health/Wellness Coaching AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT?

It is important to be flexible when helping real people accomplish real goals. Some people want to change, but they simply do not know where to start. Health/Wellness coaching allows you to learn as you go by providing guidance and tools for success. Some people are not ready to get into the gym and begin a full workout plan. As your Health/Wellness Coach, I will spend more time with you and answer your questions as well as give you the necessary guidance to ensure your success over time. Once you have grasped the concept, then you can begin a workout and/or nutrition program if you choose. 

I have a 6 step system that will get you results AND allow you to continue for the rest of your life!

My approved Workout Plans are completely online and customized just for our team members. Certified personal trainers in charge of building your plan. You receive access to the 2BEpicFN, LLC Trainerize App for accountability, tracking ability, and messaging options. Programs incorporate a list of exercises and workouts created for your needs (whether in the gym, at home, with or without equipment).

How Do We Hold You Accountable?

Your coach automatically receives an email each day showing how the team member did and whether they completed or missed their workout. It also shows your coach if you achieved any personal bests. Your coach also receives an automatic notification when you check in and complete a workout. You have access to in-app/website messaging as well.

But I Need an In-person Trainer…HAVE NO FEAR!

Having the ability to access the workout online gives you complete flexibility. Each workout is made up of exercises accompanied by hand-picked, how to videos. This takes the guesswork out of it, especially for someone who may not be familiar with certain movements. My team and I work work with anyone from beginner to experienced when it comes to knowledge with machines inside a weight room. Our programs makes learning even easier. Our team members gain more confidence and see more progress as they continue.

In-person coaching is also available as an add-on bonus or to take over one of the programs you see. I will do whatever it takes to get you healthy. You just have to be willing to let me!

Why Nutrition?

Studies have shown that nutrition is at least 85% of goal achievement when it comes to health. My Macronutrient/Flexible Eating Plans are built using specific calculations tailored to certain individual characteristics and goals. All calculations and nutrition breakdowns are performed by Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialists and approved by me. You will receive your calculations and in some cases, a sample meal plan to get you started. For accountability, team members track their foods in a food diary (read below). Team members receive access to our 2BEpicFN, LLC Trainerize App for accountability and messaging capabilities.

All coaches are certified and able to properly educate team members about the types of foods that are more beneficial to the human body and to ultimate goal achievement. You will be taught about the the importance of sugar intake (processed versus natural)/fiber, and other micronutrients people tend to lack in their current regiment. You will download the app, My Fitness Pal, to track their food intake. My team and I want to help you learn how to reach your needs on a regular basis. Flexible eating plans and food tracking is not easy and takes work and patience on your part. Remember this is NOT a diet! This is a lifestyle change. You will NOT change overnight. It will take time, patience, and hard work. The great thing is, once you learn it, you can continue eating for your body’s needs the rest of your life. It is not a temporary solution, but a long-term solution. This way of eating is 100% science-based and backed by tons of research.
